At N.C. POWER SURGE, our driving principle is simple: Quality over Quantity. We are not a volume organization; our focus is intensely on individual player development and providing a platform for growth, not a money-making scheme. Our primary goals are to provide high-level coaching, instruction, and guidance so athletes can grow and excel in high-level competition.

N.C. POWER SURGE ELITE organization operates as a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit, making all contributions fully tax-deductible.

Our Coaching Advantage

Our coaching staff brings a combined coaching experience of over 25 years, not including their combined elite-level playing experience of over 13 years, which spans collegiate and varsity High School competition. This deep and diverse background ensures our instruction is rooted in current, high-level game knowledge and strategy, directly preparing athletes for the next level.

N.C. POWER SURGE Team Structure

We currently field two teams designed to meet athletes at their current stage and propel them to the next:

• ⚡ Power Surge ELITE Team: Compete in a challenging Southeastern Showcase schedule, specifically designed to refine advanced skills while maximizing collegiate exposure and interaction with college coaches.

• Regional Team (16U-HSU): Focus on the fundamental development of skills and competitive tournament play, with minimized travel distances to balance commitment and growth.
